Tenant & Rent Collection)
- Free inspection of property and advice with
written rental valuation
- Advertising property for suitable Tenant
- Interviewing
of suitable prospective Tenants
- Carrying out full referencing
and credit check
- Preparation of legal documentation
- Preparation
of inventory
- Collection from Tenant of 6 weeks rent deposit
(either passed on to
- Deposit
Protection Service or to Landlord)
and up to one month's rent in advance
- Setting up standing order
and collecting monthly rent
- Demand for and collection of insurance
premiums and service charges (if applicable)
- Forwarding monthly
cheque and statement of account to Landlord plus copies of any
repairs invoices and/or other deductions
- Regular property inspections
throughout tenancy
- Serving Notice to Quit at end of tenancy
(If required)
- Carry
out exit inspection on Tenant vacating
- Returning deposit to Tenant
less any repairs deductions
